For many years, since I live in Los Angeles, I had been looking for someone who could not only speak my own language but also made me feel like I was in my country (Colombia). That would be someone with the kindness that a client deserves, doesn´t matter if it is a "big shot"or not!. It’s not happy to remember the reason why I met Seguros Latinos, since it was not in the best circunstances. I have to admit that “I was used to do business in the Anglo World” so I hadn’t paid attention to our hispanic strength/ values/
At the moment my brother Ruben, who was a world man, suddenly died, he had left everything in the hands of a complete stranger, and I felt lost and didn´t know how to start again. Every important thing for Ruben, his business, home, car and health insurance were in Jorge Rabaso´s hands.
When Jorge Rabaso came to express how sorry he was about my brother, he offered his friendship and help for everything we might need. I really appreciated his help, and even more when informed my mother and I, that my brother had a life insurance he was in charged of, and he said he would help us with everything, since his responsibility as an agent did not end up there. Then I realized that he would be available to take care of us.
Jorge has always been my support for many situations in my life since then!. My mother, my family and I will always be grateful with him, because he always gives us his honest opinion and and friendship, even though it is for a family or business situation.
Jorge and Seguros Latinos, honestly! without you ~ we would be but one more number in the insurance world ~
